TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of the Terms
By registering, paying, and attending Digital World For Events, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. The organization reserves the right to refuse admission and the final interpretation of these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Participation
Access to the event requires the purchase of a ticket, which must be obtained through official channels. Tickets are personal and non-transferable. The organizers reserve the right to request official identification to validate entry.

Participants must follow the event rules and maintain respectful conduct. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates the rules without a refund.

3. Use of Information and Image Rights
The user agrees that their contact information may be used to receive information related to the event and future editions. Furthermore, by attending the event, the user consents to the capture and dissemination of photographs, videos, and other audiovisual material in which they may appear, for promotional and advertising purposes of the event and its organizers.

4. Intellectual Property
All content presented at the event, including lectures, digital materials, presentations, and panel discussions, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. Reproduction, distribution, or use without the express authorization of the organizers and/or speakers is prohibited.

5. Responsibility and Safety
The organization is not responsible for:

Loss or theft of personal belongings within the event.
Accidents or injuries occurring while attending the event.
Technical issues beyond the organization's control that affect the event experience.

Attendees are encouraged to take care of their belongings and follow the safety instructions established by event staff.

6. Cancellations, Refunds and Changes
The event's schedule, location, or format may be subject to changes without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, attendees will be notified as far in advance as possible and alternative refunds or date changes will be offered.

No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by the attendee or expulsion for failure to comply with event rules. The ticket is non-refundable under any circumstances, including the purchaser's failure to attend. However, the ticket may be transferred to another person. To do so, the new person must present the same QR code on the day of the event and request a name change at the registration desk.
